Job Description

Product Development and ManagementManage product lifecycle, including updates,enhancements, and discontinuation strategies
Analyse market trends, competitor landscape, andcustomer feedback to identify potential product gaps and opportunities for newinsurance products
Collaborate with technology , product , actuarial ,business & finance teams develop new products & relevant processCompliance and Regulatory OversightEnsure all insurance products comply with relevantregulatory requirements and industry standards
Monitor product compliance and address any potentialissues proactively
Create or analyze business requirements documents andproject timelinesCompetencies (Knowledge & Skills) Insurance Industry Knowledge Deep understanding ofvarious insurance products (life, health, Group) including their features,benefits, riders , coverage options and risk factors
Understanding of reinsurance conceptsMarket Analysis Skills Ability to analyze markettrends, customer data, and competitor activity to inform product strategy
Excellent communication skills, both verbal andwritten, with the ability to explain complex concepts in a clear andunderstandable manner Analytical Skills Ability to interpret data, identifytrends, and make data-driven decisions regarding product strategy
Regulatory Compliance Awareness of relevant insuranceregulations and compliance requirements
Proficiency in using software applications, such as MSOffice, to create presentations and reports
Experience in Life Asia is preferred
