Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Manager - Hydraulic Design, located in Kolkata. The Manager will be responsible for overseeing the hydraulic design process, collaborating with the engineering team to develop efficient and reliable hydraulic systems. Day-to-day tasks include designing hydraulic circuits, reviewing project specifications, ensuring compliance with industry standards, and leading a team of designers and engineers. The Manager will also be involved in troubleshooting and optimizing hydraulic systems to meet client requirements.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Hydraulic Circuit Design and Hydraulic Systems
• Strong knowledge of CAD software and Hydraulic Simulation Tools
• Experience in Project Management and Team Leadership
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to communicate effectively with engineering teams and clients
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
• Experience in the hydraulic industry is a plus
• Knowledge of industry standards and regulations
