Job Title: HR Manager Location: Pune, India, Fully Work from Office role Department: Human Resources Reports To: Manager - Human Resources Job Summary: Indus Health Plus is seeking an experienced HR Generalist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in HR practices and employee management, with a strong understanding of recruitment, employee engagement, training coordination, statutory compliance, and payroll processing. The HR Generalist will play a key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the HR department, contributing to the overall employee experience and organizational success. Key Responsibilities: Recruitment & Talent Acquisition: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and selection. Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies. Training Coordination: Identify training needs across the organization and coordinate training programs to meet those needs. Work with external trainers and internal stakeholders to design and deliver effective training sessions. Track and report on training effectiveness and employee development progress. Employee Engagement: Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives to enhance workplace culture and employee satisfaction. Conduct regular employee feedback surveys and analyze results to recommend improvements. Organize and manage employee events, recognition programs, and other engagement activities. Payroll Processing: Oversee the payroll process to ensure timely and accurate salary disbursements. Coordinate with the finance team to manage payroll-related tasks, including tax calculations, deductions, and employee benefits. Maintain payroll records and ensure compliance with applicable regulations. Statutory Compliance: Ensure compliance with all labor laws and statutory requirements, including timely submission of returns and adherence to regulatory changes. Manage employee records and documentation to ensure compliance with statutory obligations. Handle employee grievances and disciplinary actions in accordance with company policies and legal requirements. Qualifications: Education: MBA in Human Resources or a related field. Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR roles, with a focus on recruitment, employee engagement, training coordination, statutory compliance, and payroll processing. Strong knowledge of HR best practices and labor laws. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. Proficiency in HR software and MS Office Suite.
