Manager Human Resource Consulting

As a Manager in the Human Resources department at HSBC, you will play a crucial role in managing program delivery, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and implementing HR initiatives to align with business goals. Your responsibilities will include: - Working with Senior Consultants to proactively manage program delivery by balancing scope, schedule, interdependencies, budget, and risks. - Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful implementation of HR initiatives that align with business goals. - Developing and maintaining HR dashboards and reports to track key metrics such as workforce trends, diversity, attrition, and talent development. - Designing and delivering HR MI reports and presentations for leadership and key stakeholders. - Creating progress reports, identifying issues, dependencies, and risks, and assisting in change management efforts related to HR programs and processes. To qualify for this role, you should have: - A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or Analytics with 3-5 years of experience in data analytics or program management. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data. Proficiency in analytics tools is mandatory. - Certifications in Project Management, Agile Methodology, or Scrum Certification are preferred but not mandatory. - Strict adherence to confidentiality requirements, discretion, integrity, and the ability to prioritize tasks within short timescales.
