As a Manager HR Data & Digital, your primary role is to drive various initiatives related to HR data management and digital transformation. Here's a breakdown of your key responsibilities: - Leveraging Shared Services: - Identify areas within India and International HR sub-functions suitable for shared services. - Support VP- Rewards, Performance, and Digital in creating a business case for transitioning work to shared services. - Partner with Digital and PIVOT team to develop an implementation roadmap. - Cost Management: - Collaborate with the Digital team to negotiate costs for system-related changes. - Review and validate invoices from the Implementation partner to ensure budget compliance. - Customer Service: - Work with HR sub-function stakeholders to understand HRIS requirements. - Define and improve processes and workflows for better work efficiency. - Collaborate with Digital team and implementation partner to implement HRIS solutions. - Strong Project Management: - Ensure timely execution of key initiatives on Success Factors. - Examples include performance goal setting, engagement surveys, and learning initiatives. - Data Management: - Manage all employee-related changes on the system and implement system additions. - Work with vendors/SAP to enhance data reporting capabilities for public filings and audit requirements. - People Analytics & Insight: - Develop HR analytics to provide insights on attrition, hiring, incentives, and employee cost. - Collaborate with HR sub-function teams to drive actionable insights for Senior Management use. - Learning: - Stay updated on data governance guidelines and country-specific regulations on data privacy. - Ensure compliance with data governance standards established by the Digital team. Qualifications Required: - 3-4 years of experience in data reporting, HR digitization, and SAP Success Factors. - Proficiency in data governance, data quality management, data architecture, and data security. - Ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders in a dynamic environment.,
