Manager, Global Solutions Engineering

Role Overview: As a Solution Architect at Tata Communications, you will be responsible for designing and developing solution architecture in areas such as Network, SDWAN, Cloud & Security, Unified Collaboration, Mobility & IoT. Your role will involve increasing revenue, profitability, and market competitiveness by defining the direction of new solutions based on business strategy or customer needs. Key Responsibilities: - Serve as a technical expert on solutions design, development, and implementation to address business needs. - Analyze the functionality and constraints of recommended solutions across multiple systems, platforms, and applications. - Stay updated on technology requirements of the market, participate in product development activities, and represent the company in customer/marketing forums to increase brand awareness. - Ensure compatibility, interoperability, stability, and usability of solution architecture. - Design and deliver complex solutions based on customer requirements, collaborating with sales, products, and engineering teams. - Support the Product team through the product development lifecycle and provide inputs on product features from a business requirements/customer perspective. - Provide integrated solution architecture across multiple products to meet client requirements and offer expertise to internal teams and external vendors. - Create and review architecture and solution design artifacts, and offer guidance on engineering methodologies, standards, and best practices. - Identify, communicate, and mitigate Risks, Assumptions, Issues, and Decisions throughout the complete lifecycle (Pre-sales, Delivery, Support). - May work as an individual contributor or lead a small team. Qualifications Required: - Ability to translate customer and business requirements into technical solutions. - Understanding of Enterprise Architecture, business concepts, processes, and requirements. - Experience in creating High-Level Designs (HLD) and Low-Level Designs (LLD). - Developing creative, logical solutions and assisting in presenting findings and recommendations to clients. - Industry domain knowledge of key technology and industry trends. - Experience in delivering consulting assignments for customers in the design/architecture area.,
