Manager - Global Program Management

As a Manager - Global Program Management at Flex, your role involves leading program teams to deliver engineering, cost, quality, and timing objectives. You will be responsible for managing program budgets, monitoring profitability metrics, and developing program timing plans to meet customer requirements. Your communication skills will be crucial as you effectively convey project expectations to team members and stakeholders. Moreover, you will play a key role in obtaining program financial appropriation, supporting capital forecast updates, and managing cost reduction opportunities. Your responsibilities will also include establishing effective customer interfaces, ensuring compliance with company procedures, providing monthly program metrics, and contributing to the development of processes to enhance team efficiency. You will manage the content of the APQP process, communicate the purpose and outcomes of customer meetings, identify new business development opportunities, and maximize the value added by the company on each customer program. Additionally, you will oversee the Program Tooling Budget and work towards maintaining or improving part margins during the development process. To excel in this role, you should possess at least 10 years of program management experience with a focus on global accounts and automotive industry. Knowledge and experience in budget management, capital funding, APQP, and BS degree are preferred qualifications. Your ability to lead, work with automotive electronics and lighting products, and exhibit strong communication skills will be essential for success.
