Manager, Global Planning Tech & Digital

As a valued member of the Zoetis India Capability Center (ZICC) in Hyderabad, you will play a crucial role in supporting the applications used by the global planning business. The primary focus will be on providing Business As Usual (BAU) support, identifying enhancements for solution improvements, and supporting ongoing or future projects. Your responsibilities will include: - Providing daily support for break/fix issues, enhancement identification, and project support. - Acting as an internal consultant for the Supply Chain Logistics Global Planning teams. - Collaborating with peers to standardize processes and system configurations globally. - Developing, testing, and implementing solution improvements to increase stability and functionality. - Supporting the global deployment of Global Planning solutions within the corporation. - Contributing to enhancements and project teams. In addition to your daily responsibilities, you will also be expected to: - Act as a bridge between Business and technical teams - Work closely with business stakeholders, audit partners, and other IT teams - Manage the team within ZICC SAP Manufacturing Organization - Ensure Manufacturing ERP systems align with broader digital transformation initiatives - Provide mentorship and performance management to achieve team objectives To qualify for this role, you should have: - A Bachelor's degree in engineering, Computer Science, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, or a related field. A Master's degree in business administration (MBA) or related discipline is preferred. - 8+ years of experience in SAP IBP /S4 PPDS with multiple full life cycle implementations - Experience in BI solutions is preferred - Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment - Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact comfortably with all levels of management and staff Your technical skills should include: - Extensive experience with configuration of SAP ECC, SAP S4, SAP IBP, and BI modules - Knowledge of key integration points between multiple systems and SAP application areas - Business Process Analysis, Design & Improvement skills - Fluency in English (written and spoken) This role is based in Hyderabad, India, and may require occasional weekend working and travel between 20-50% depending on project demands.
