Role Overview: As the Manager- Global Ad Sales at Tapcrunch, your primary responsibility will be to drive ad sales and revenue growth in the mobile marketing space. You will lead and grow international sales efforts, build a team under you, and work towards onboarding global clients. It is essential for you to have a strong industry knowledge of mobile app growth and maintain good connections with international agencies and direct clients from regions like Russia, the Middle East, and South Asia. Your role will also involve bringing value and business through existing industry relationships, client onboarding, and managing relationships with advertisers. An adaptive and problem-solving attitude will be crucial in this role. Key Responsibilities: - Lead and grow international sales efforts and build a team under you - Drive revenue growth and onboard global clients - Utilize industry knowledge of mobile app growth - Maintain connections with international agencies and direct clients from specific regions - Bring value and business through existing industry relationships - Onboard clients and manage relationships with advertisers - Have a basic knowledge of tools like Appsflyer, Branch, P360, mfilterit, etc. Qualifications Required: - 1 to 3 years of experience in ad sales, digital advertising sales, and mobile marketing - Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth - Strong knowledge of the mobile marketing ecosystem and advertising technologies - Excellent communication and negotiation skills - Ability to build and maintain relationships with advertisers and advertising agencies - Experience in managing agency relationships and working with cross-functional teams - Analytical mindset with the ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights - Self-motivated and results-oriented Role Overview: As the Manager- Global Ad Sales at Tapcrunch, your primary responsibility will be to drive ad sales and revenue growth in the mobile marketing space.
