Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Full Stack Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have in-depth expertise in front-end and back-end development, mobile and web technologies, and a strong ability to lead and collaborate effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, maintain, and optimize mobile applications using React Native for both Android and iOS platforms.
• Build and enhance web applications using ReactJS and ensure seamless integration with backend services.
• Design and implement RESTful APIs and ensure robust backend development using Django.
• Lead the development team, providing mentorship, code reviews, and guidance to ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and meet client requirements.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues to improve application performance and reliability.
• Stay updated on emerging technologies and incorporate them into the development process as needed.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Masters in the relevant field.
• Expert knowledge in React Native, ReactJS, mobile development (Android & iOS), web development, REST APIs, and Django for backend development.
• Proven experience in managing teams and leading projects effectively.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Well-versed in work reporting and project documentation.
• Flexible, adaptable, and eager to learn and apply new technologies.

Additional Information:

This is a full-time office-based role.
