Job Description

As a finance professional, your role will involve leading various financial activities and ensuring compliance with audit standards. Your key responsibilities will include: - Budgeting & Overhead Planning: - Lead the annual overhead budget preparation process across departments and ensure finalization. - Monitor Budget vs Actuals on a monthly basis, analyze variances, and provide actionable insights. - Collaborate with cost centers to implement budgetary controls and cost optimization initiatives. - Revise financial forecasts periodically based on business changes and trends. - Audit & Compliance: - Coordinate with both Statutory and Internal Auditors to facilitate information flow and resolve queries. - Perform Trial Balance reconciliations and ensure accuracy in financial reporting. - Ensure timely submission of MSME returns, year-end provisioning, and statutory filings. - Assist in drafting audit schedules and closing audit observations efficiently. - ERP Development & Process Automation: - Engage with IT and business teams for UAT, deployment, and enhancement of ERP modules related to finance. - Drive the automation of manual tasks to improve reporting accuracy and financial operations efficiency. - Support documentation and standardization of finance SOPs to enhance compliance. - MIS & Financial Reporting: - Prepare department-wise and consolidated MIS reports including waterfall charts, cost reports, and budget utilization. - Provide timely analysis to support management reviews on a monthly and quarterly basis. - Create custom reports and dashboards for leadership decision-making and presentations. - Address ad-hoc reporting requirements from top management and other departments. - Provisioning & Financial Closure: - Ensure timely and accurate provisioning for expenses, advances, and liabilities at month-end and year-end. - Coordinate with departments for backup documentation and verify correctness of entries. - Record reversals and clean-up of provisions as per accounting timelines. - Stakeholder Collaboration & Team Coordination: - Collaborate with various internal departments to ensure financial accuracy and timely inputs. - Support junior team members in their responsibilities and facilitate knowledge sharing. Your qualification should include being CA Qualified with expertise in Financial Planning, Ind AS, and MIS reporting.,
