Manager - FP&A and Consolidation

As a member of the FP&A team at ShareChat, you will be responsible for a variety of financial reporting and analysis tasks, as well as supporting fund-raising efforts and collaborating with various teams within the organization. Your role will involve preparing monthly financial packages, presenting financials to leadership, driving investor reporting, and reconciling different financial reports. Additionally, you will work on ad hoc financial analysis, collaborate with accounting and tax teams, and lead technology deployment in the business finance domain. Key Responsibilities: - Prepare monthly financial package including P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow, and supporting schedules - Drive investor reporting, statutory reporting, and reconciliations - Support capital raise efforts by collating data, preparing necessary schedules, and answering queries during due diligence - Develop a solid understanding of business drivers and strategies to explain implications of accounting changes on business results - Conduct ad hoc financial analysis for leadership - Collaborate with accounting and tax teams to ensure appropriate accounting principles are applied - Lead technology deployment in the business finance domain and drive integration of systems for sharper analysis Qualifications Required: - CA with 4+ years of post-qualification experience in FP&A and Controllership functions - Experience with Big 4 and startups - Strong analytical and communication skills - Track record of hands-on report/analysis preparation and JE posting - Excellent collaborator with good interpersonal skills - Working knowledge of NetSuite Joining ShareChat will provide you with the opportunity to make a tangible impact on regional Indian audiences and work with AI and ML technologies to solve complex problems for millions of users.
