Job Description

We are looking for a skilled professional with 3-4 years of experience to join our team as a Manager Formulation & Development (F&D) in the Pharmaceutical & Life Sciences industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in formulation and development, with excellent leadership and management skills.


Roles and Responsibility
  • Develop and implement new formulations and products, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to achieve project goals and objectives.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify business opportunities and develop strategies.
  • Conduct market research and analyze competitor activity to stay ahead in the industry.
  • Manage budgets and resources to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Ensure quality control and assurance of all products and processes.

Job Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in formulation and development, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical regulations and guidelines.
  • Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines, with a focus on results-driven performance.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with internal stakeholders and external partners.
