About the Role

KPMG India is seeking dynamic professionals for our Statutory Audit practice in Bengaluru.

The role involves managing and executing independent external audits of listed entities,

ensuring compliance with SEBI, RBI, and Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS/IFRS). The

candidate will work closely with clients across industries, with a focus on companies listed

on BSE/NSE.

Key Responsibilities

end-to-end statutory audits

financial statements in compliance with Ind AS, Companies Act,

SEBI & RBI guidelines.

• Ensure high-quality audit delivery and adherence to professional standards.

• Manage client relationships and provide value-added insights.

• Supervise, mentor, and review work of junior team members.

• Coordinate with cross-functional teams and global counterparts when required.

regulatory changes, SEBI circulars, RBI directives, and industry

practices.

• Ensure strict compliance with independence and risk management policies.

Candidate Requirements

Chartered Accountant (CA).

Statutory Audit / External Audit

Top 6 CA firms or large Indian audit firms

entities.

Ind AS, Companies Act, SEBI & RBI

compliance.

• Demonstrated ability to audit complete financial reports of listed companies.

• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

Experience Bracket

• Manager: 5 to 9 years of relevant experience.
• Associate Director (AD): 8 to 13 years of relevant experience.
