Manager - Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)

As an individual assisting Senior Management, your role involves aiding in taking timely corrective actions by highlighting areas of concern and providing meaningful insights across various business parameters and strategic key objectives. **Key Responsibilities:** - **Planning & Forecasting** - Provide suggestions on system requirements and logics - Gather and collate data inputs for Business Units to aid in budgeting - Analyze the budget submissions to identify exceptions and anomalies - Challenge the Budget submissions to ensure alignment with Growth objectives - Monitor actionables from budget meetings as per due date - **Analysis/ Monitoring key strategies and business/financial metrics** - Provide data inputs for key objectives and plans - Understand and document measurement methodologies for products - Prepare data for Red flag and highlight variances - Identify exceptions during analysis and gather further data to challenge reasons given by Business - **PLPs & Headcount approvals** - Validate PLP/manpower approval structure for financial impacts - Analyze PLP submissions and evaluate revision and adjustment requests - **Senior management visit actionable tracking/ monitoring / reviewing** - Identify action points from meetings - Update and track action points based on inputs - **Projects/ Automations** - Report and monitor project performance against objectives - Update project responses based on feedback - Monitor project timelines and activities till launch - **FPN** - Track benefits committed for each FPN against benefits realized for projects - **Quarterly Board notes and Investor call data/RBI submissions** - Prepare and submit reports for RBI/Investor presentations - Ensure timely updates and submission of Board notes for quarterly review - **Adhoc** - Address any adhoc requirements as requested by senior management **Educational Qualifications:** - CA / MBA **Key Skills:** - Analytical skills - Planning and Organizing Skills - Communication - Knowledge of Competition & Current trends in the financial Industry **Experience Required:** - Minimum 2 years of experience, exposure to banking is preferable.,
