Manager - Financial Control

As a Manager Financial Control at HSBC, you will be responsible for the following key tasks: - Preparation and analysis of monthly packs for reconciliation of month-end GL balances - Coordinating with multiple departments within the bank to prepare monthly packs for CFO review - Creating monthly presentations for ARCC reporting - Analyzing and reviewing Lease accounting related aspects as per IFRS norms - Preparing assigned areas within P&L and Balance Sheet under Indian GAAP reporting - Conducting Peer Group analysis - Engaging in discussions and interactions with Statutory Auditors and Concurrent Auditors - Preparing audit schedules and addressing adhoc requirements during Regulatory Audit of RBI - Participating in the implementation of automation projects and new accounting standards - Handling day-to-day activities including Inter-co settlements Qualifications: - Minimum Graduation or as required for the role, whichever is higher - Chartered Accountant (CA Fresher) HSBC is dedicated to creating a culture where every employee is valued, respected, and their opinions count.
