As a Specialist Client MI at Standard Chartered, you will play a crucial role within the Business Performance Operations team, focusing on delivering Client Profitability insights to drive business strategy and performance measurement. Your responsibilities will include: - Being an effective Information and Insights Partner by ensuring accurate and timely availability of information in the Client MI systems. - Proactively engaging with the user community to create awareness and drive adoption of changes. - Partnering with Country and Product Finance teams as well as other system teams to enhance the data quality of information in the system. - Championing the Client MI Profitability process and connecting front to back with complete process ownership. - Implementing industry best practices in Performance Management, Forecasting, and Business Analytics. - Driving continuous process improvement to enhance efficiency and control in all Client MI processes. - Collaborating with other Business Performance leads to ensure standard and consistent MI is delivered across the CIB business. - Building a strong data governance framework for Critical Data Elements and reconciliation to the ledger. In addition to the above responsibilities, your qualifications should include an MBA, CA, or CMA with a minimum of 3 years of experience in the financial services industry. The following skill sets are essential for success in this role: - Strong understanding of Product/Client Profitability in a Banking Domain. - Excellent stakeholder engagement and business communication skills. - Data skills to comprehend complex data flows and transformations. - Strategic mindset with a good understanding of FP&A activities in Corporate and Investment Banking. - Strong analytical skills, business judgment, and risk assessment abilities. - Experience in change and program management, with the flexibility to adapt to different stakeholder dynamics. - Results-oriented with exceptional energy and ambition to drive systems, technology, and processes. - Senior executive stakeholder management capability for strong collaboration with business leaders.
