Manager- Finance & Strategy

You will be joining the CEO's Office as a Manager- Finance & Strategy, where you will play a critical role in supporting business planning, financial analysis, and strategic decision-making processes. This position offers a high-visibility opportunity to work closely with senior leadership, contribute to key initiatives, and drive organizational goals. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with the Director of Finance on business planning, conducting in-depth analysis of financial data, coordinating with stakeholders on high-priority projects, creating executive-level presentations, monitoring progress on organizational goals, and providing strategic recommendations to senior leadership. To excel in this role, you should have 4-6 years of experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, finance, or business operations. Strong analytical and financial modeling skills are crucial, along with exceptional communication and stakeholder management capabilities. You should be able to work independently in a fast-paced environment, demonstrate a proactive attitude, and hold an MBA or equivalent degree from a reputed institution.
