**Role Overview:** You will be responsible for developing and analyzing financial models using Advanced Excel & Power BI. In addition, you will manage financial reporting, variance analysis, and budgeting. You will also work closely with the IT team to optimize ERP systems for seamless finance operations. Moreover, you will handle term loan procurement, forex management, and hedging strategies to minimize risks. **Key Responsibilities:** - Financial Modeling & Business Projections: Develop and analyse financial models using Advanced Excel & Power BI. - MIS & Internal Controls: Manage financial reporting, variance analysis, and budgeting. - ERP & Process Enhancement: Work closely with the IT team to optimize ERP systems for seamless finance operations. - Treasury & Forex Management: Handle term loan procurement, forex management, and hedging strategies to minimize risks. **Qualification Required:** - CFA Qualification (Must-have) - 3-4 years of relevant experience in finance, especially in financial modeling and analysis - Expertise in Advanced Excel & Power BI - Strong understanding of budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis **Additional Details:** You will have the opportunity to work with a dynamic team in a high-growth industry, gaining exposure to strategic financial planning and advanced analytics.
