Job Description

Job Summary:

The Manager / Sr. Manager - Finance Analyst will be responsible for handling all critical aspects of documentation and compliance related to fund-raising activities, including IPOs, private equity funding, and related exercises. This role requires extensive liaisoning with key stakeholders such as merchant bankers, legal teams, and internal departments, ensuring accurate data management and compliance with statutory requirements. The role also involves preparing detailed presentations for roadshows and investor calls.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Documentation for Fund Raising/IPO:

    • Manage the entire documentation process for fund-raising activities, including Draft Red Herring Prospectus (DRHP), Red Herring Prospectus (RHP), and Management Reports (MR).
    • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate preparation of all necessary documents.
  2. Stakeholder Liaisoning:

    • Serve as the primary point of contact between merchant bankers, legal teams, and internal departments to facilitate smooth coordination throughout the fund-raising process.
    • Ensure clear communication and timely delivery of required information to all parties involved.
  3. Legacy Data Management:

    • Prepare and collate all legacy data as required for fund-raising exercises, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
    • Maintain a thorough understanding of historical data to support the preparation of financial documentation.
  4. Reconciliation and Compliance:

    • Ensure that all reconciliations between Management Information Systems (MIS) data and statutory records are accurate and up to date.
    • Oversee compliance-related work, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements and timely submissions.
  5. Submissions to Stock Exchanges and Bankers:

    • Manage the submission process for all necessary documents to stock exchanges, bankers, and other relevant authorities.
    • Ensure that all submissions are completed within specified deadlines and comply with regulatory standards.
  6. Investor Presentations and Roadshows:

    • Prepare detailed presentations and reports for investor calls, roadshows, and other related events.
    • Work closely with the management team to develop compelling materials that effectively communicate the company's financial strategy and objectives.

Pre-Requisites:

  • Qualifications

    :
    • CA / MBA Finance / CFA
  • Experience

    :
    • 5-6 years of relevant experience with a strong background in data analysis and liaisoning for fund-raising activities, such as IPOs or private equity funding.
  • Skills

    :
    • Proficiency in financial documentation and compliance processes.
    • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
    • Ability to handle large volumes of data and ensure accuracy in all financial reconciliations.
    • Experience in preparing investor presentations and managing compliance-related submissions.
