Role: Manager- Finance & Accounts

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle independently or along with the team all the Financial Management of the company, or a
• Group of companies.
• Handle Accounts Payables & Receivables for an advertising agency business, and have experience in handling large volume transactions and processing of payments, accounting, and outward remittances processing knowledge, etc.
• Handle statutory compliances, including TDS regulations, Equalization Levy, and Direct Tax matters.
• Understand and adhere to GST regulations, handled filing of Monthly/Quarterly/Annual Returns as per need and requirements, timely.
• Understand situation needs and act accordingly, have judgmental skills, and think on his feet and be proactive in his approach to handling work and Indirect tax matters.
• Providing support in the Monthly closure and MIS preparation on a monthly basis.
• Providing regular audit support for Internal and statutory audits for all offices.
• Worked on book closure monthly/Quarterly/annually, generated periodical analytical reports related to work, including those relating to Cost analysis, Cost center reports, trend analysis, margin analysis, etc.

Requirement :

Up to 10 + years experience.

CA Qualified or Semi-Qualified M.com & MBA finance. This can be looked at based on the

availability of profiles and the experience of the candidates.

Work exposure in Indian industries (Advertising Agency) is preferred.

Hands-on experience in Accounting, Reporting, Control, and Audit Support. Decent experience

and knowledge of India GAAP is required. Knowledge of Indian accounting standards, IND-AS

, and other new regulatory requirements of the recent past is preferable.
