As the Site Reliability Engineering Manager at o9 Solutions, a company focused on integrating planning capabilities with the AI-driven o9 Digital Brain, you will lead a team of talented professionals in maintaining and supporting the platform across major cloud providers. Your role involves implementing innovative ideas to create value for clients. Key Responsibilities: - Deploy, maintain, and support o9 Digital Brain SaaS environments on major cloud platforms - Manage the SRE team, assign tasks, monitor work quality, and efficiency - Recruit and develop SRE talent - Lead planning, configuration, testing, and deployment of software and systems - Collaborate with internal and external customers for platform deployment and support - Enhance reliability, quality, and performance optimization - Provide on-call support on a rotation/shift basis - Analyze and approve code and configuration changes - Work collaboratively with global teams across different time zones Qualifications Required: - Strong operating system concepts, Linux, and troubleshooting skills - Automation and cloud knowledge - Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field - 9+ years of management experience in building and leading diverse teams - Cloud and Kubernetes administration certification - Experience in SRE role, application deployment, performance tuning, and CI/CD tooling - Proficiency in AWS, Azure, or GCP, Docker, Kubernetes, and big data platforms - Automation of provisioning processes, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), CI/CD workflows integration - Skills in debugging, problem-solving, Jenkins, Ansible, Terraform, and database administration - Strong decision-making, critical thinking, and testing abilities - Passion for learning and adapting to new technologies - Team spirit, transparency, and effective communication,
