Here is a breakdown of your role: **Key Responsibilities:** - Lead Data Science Application Development/Deployment: Lead the full lifecycle of data science projects, from ideation to deployment and optimization. - Advisory AI/GenAI: Provide strategic advice on evolving AI capabilities to align with company goals. - Standards and Governance: Establish governance frameworks and best practices for effective data science application building. - Technology Evaluation and Recommendation: Evaluate and recommend suitable AI/GenAI tools and technologies. - Knowledge Sharing and Mentoring: Share expertise with team members, mentor junior data scientists, and foster a strong AI community within Mondelz. **Skills and Experiences:** - Deep understanding of data science methodologies including machine learning, deep learning, statistical modeling, and optimization. - Hands-on experience in a cloud environment, including cloud platform, data storage, AI/ML model building, and process orchestration. - LLM Application architecture & Integration experience, with a clear understanding of underlying technologies. - Cloud Based Deployment & Scaling proficiency in deploying and scaling data science applications in a cloud environment. - Collaboration with cross-functional teams/stakeholder management skills, with excellent communication abilities. **Qualifications:** - Masters degree in a Quantitative Discipline, PhD preferred. - Minimum 8 years of experience in data science/AI. - Minimum 2 years of GenAI experience.
