Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Manager - D2C Brand Website located in Mumbai. The role involves managing and optimizing the direct-to-consumer (D2C) website, ensuring seamless user experiences and performance efficiency. Responsibilities include overseeing website design, functionality, and content updates; analyzing sales and traffic data; coordinating with cross-functional teams; and implementing strategies to enhance customer engagement and drive e-commerce growth. The Manager will ensure the smooth operation of the brand's online presence while maintaining alignment with overall business objectives.

Qualifications

• E-commerce Management and D2C Website Optimization skills
• Experience in Website Analytics, Traffic Analysis, and Sales Performance Tracking
• Skills in Website Content Updates, Functional Improvements, and User Experience Design
• Strong Project Coordination and Cross-Functional Collaboration abilities
• Proficiency in Digital Marketing and Customer Engagement Strategies
• Excellent organizational and analytical skills
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field
• Prior experience in e-commerce Tools ( Shopify , Meta , google Ads , SEO )
