Job Description

Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

> Expertise in injection moulding Process, plastic materials technology, Mould Technology, Mold flow analysis.
> Develop & optimize injection moulding processes to achieve desired part quality, cycle times and cost effectiveness. > Should have complete knowledge about mould flow analysis & their limits and validate the reports & give feedback/approval. > Should have hands of experience on setting up moulds, adjusting machine parameters for efficiency and quality. > Troubleshooting & problem solving - Identify and resolve complex issues related to injection moulding process, including defects & their causes with solving methods to maintain optimal part quality. > Quality Assurance & Control - Ensuring adherence to quality standards and Part requirements through troubleshooting, process adjustments. > Collaborate with cross-functional teams, tier-1 & toolmaker for resolve production issues, and provide technical solutions. > Excellent verbal & written communication skill to effectively communicate with CFT team members, Teir-1 & Toolmakers for Mould trials, Mould Buy-off & Mould commissioning. > Inspect & validate the Mould health check-up. > Documentation Prepare & maintain process documents, Mould Buy-Off sheets and SOP etc > Continuous Improvement - Leading and participating in continuous improvement initiatives and cost reduction activities related to tooling & plastic product.

Experience

10 ~ 12 years in Injection moulding Process, Mould Trials & trouble shooting for Automobile Interior & Exterior parts.

Industry Preferred

Qualifications

Diploma/Degree (Polymer)Process Engineer
(BE/B-Tech in Polymer Engineer, CPET in Polymer, Diploma in Polymer)

General Requirements

Experts in Injection moulding process & troubleshooting
Plastic Material Technology Mould Technology Mould Flow expert Tool trials & Buy off trials Mould Health check up Hardworking, Dedicative , Sincere Excellent verbal & written communication skill
