Manager, Customer Experience & Technical Enablement

As the leader of Acceldata Academy, you will oversee the end-to-end management of the academy, including customer journeys, labs, and certifications. Your role is pivotal in shaping how customers, partners, and internal teams engage, learn, and thrive with Acceldata. Your primary responsibilities will include owning the customer enablement and education lifecycle, establishing omnichannel touchpoints, collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance user journeys, launching content campaigns, utilizing AI tools for content generation, and driving content reporting metrics. Additionally, you will manage the Acceldata Academy portal, lead the Voice of Customer (VoC) program, and work closely with field teams, SIs, and partners to deliver technical training. We are seeking a candidate with over 10 years of experience in post-sales enablement and customer education, with a proven track record in CX strategy and technical content development. A strong understanding of B2B SaaS data platforms such as Hive, Spark, Snowflake, Kafka, and Hadoop is essential. Proficiency in LMS tools, instructional design, and the ability to simplify complex technical topics for presentations are key qualifications. Analytical skills for reporting on content and customer engagement effectiveness are required, and certifications in cloud/data platforms, technical writing, or instructional design are considered a bonus. In this role, you will be responsible for defining and executing the Acceldata Academy vision, developing customer journeys, setting and tracking key metrics, owning the VoC program, and aligning enablement goals with various teams. Your role will involve leading content creation, managing LMS tools and authoring platforms, conducting live technical sessions, and implementing training programs.
