Manager - Corporate Sales

As a Corporate Sales Manager, you will lead a sales team to drive revenue growth by developing sales strategies, managing key client relationships, and identifying new business opportunities. Your key responsibilities will include: - Developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve company objectives and drive revenue. - Recruiting, training, motivating, and providing coaching to a team of sales professionals to ensure they meet and exceed targets. - Building and maintaining strong relationships with corporate clients, managing key accounts, and ensuring client satisfaction. - Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities and prospects within the corporate sector. - Tracking and analyzing sales data, monitoring market trends, and preparing regular reports on sales performance for senior management. - Working closely with marketing and product development teams to ensure sales strategies are aligned with overall company goals. - Negotiating contracts and pricing agreements with corporate clients. The essential qualifications for this role involve strong leadership, excellent communication and negotiation skills, a proven sales track record, and a Bachelor's degree in a business-related field.
