About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive the leasing strategy for corporate offices and retail spaces to maximize occupancy and rental yield.

• Lead office leasing initiatives, including prospecting, site visits, financial deal structuring, negotiations, and closures.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate tenants, IPCs (International Property Consultants), brokers, and channel partners.

• Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to ensure all contracts, agreements, and documentation are accurate and in line with regulations.

• Manage contract negotiations, renewals, and tenant onboarding seamlessly.

• Oversee marketing and branding initiatives for the project, including campaigns, events, digital visibility, and promotional activities to enhance market positioning.

• Analyze market intelligence, competitor activity, and client feedback to strengthen pricing, leasing, and marketing strategies.

• Drive customer relationship management (CRM) initiatives to ensure tenant satisfaction and long-term partnerships.

• Ensure all leasing and marketing activities align with corporate governance, compliance, and sustainability goals.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 6 15 years of experience in Corporate Leasing (Office & Retail), with at least 3 years of core office leasing experience.

• Strong expertise in customer relationship management, IPC channel management, and contract negotiations.

• Working knowledge of legal and compliance requirements in leasing.

• Exposure to marketing, branding, and promotional activities in commercial real estate projects preferred.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

• Graduate/Postgraduate in Business Administration, Real Estate, Marketing, or related field.
