As a Manager - Content & Communications at Eccentric, you will play a crucial role in shaping the brand's messaging and external communication strategy. Your responsibilities will include: - Leading content creation across various formats such as blogs, thought leadership pieces, whitepapers, product stories, website content, and social media posts. - Driving media relations and external communication strategy in collaboration with PR consultants/agencies. - Collaborating with product, design, and engineering teams to transform technical insights into compelling narratives. - Assisting leadership with editorial content like interviews, speeches, bylines, and opinion pieces. - Defining Eccentric's brand voice across different platforms and markets, including India and the US. - Developing communication strategies for important announcements, launches, and events. You are expected to possess the following qualifications and characteristics: - 5-10 years of experience in journalism, content creation, or communications. - Preferably having a background in gaming, tech, mobility, or 3D graphics, or a strong passion for these domains. - Ability to simplify complex ideas while maintaining depth and clarity. - Experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams, particularly product, design, and leadership. - Excellent command over written and verbal English, with a preference for journalistic or editorial experience. - Strategic thinking abilities combined with a hands-on approach to tasks.
