Manager - Competence Centre - Syndication - Delhi - Videocon Towers

The key responsibilities for this role include: - Building and maintaining partnerships with banks and financial institutions. - Creating Project Information Memorandums, Teaser Notes, and Appraisal Reports. - Developing financial models. - Coordinating with potential lenders to secure credit facilities for clients. - Assisting with legal documentation. - Keeping abreast of industry policies, regulations, and developments. - Demonstrating strong credit analysis and financial skills. - Executing syndication deals. - Having a deep understanding of PSU/Private, Foreign Banks, NBFCs, and Financial Institutions. - Being willing to conduct field visits to clients nationwide to grasp their business and operational models. - Working well under pressure, managing multiple tasks, and meeting deadlines. - Undertaking additional duties and projects as assigned. - Possessing knowledge of various sectors within Infrastructure.
