As a part of QIAGEN, the position requires you to achieve revenue objectives and key performance indicators relevant to the role. You will drive clinical demand generation and engage with clinicians to increase testing uptake through activities such as presentations at seminars/congresses and hosting advisory boards and user group meetings. Additionally, you will support medical/scientific-related sales tools, monitor the scientific literature for new developments, and collaborate with global, regional, and country teams to align on strategies and execution. To be successful in this position, you should have a degree in Molecular Biology, Biology, Medical Science, or related studies. Candidates with a background in Medical, Pharmaceutical, PhD, or MSc are preferred. A minimum of 6+ years of experience with Molecular and/or Diagnostics products is required, along with a good understanding of the Clinical/Diagnostics/Infectious Disease market in the region. The ability to travel approximately 80% of the time is essential. Personal requirements for this role include good communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
