Manager, Campaign Solution Architect (SFMC)

As the Manager, Campaign Solution Architect at Novartis, you will be responsible for architecting new solutions within Marketing Cloud. Your role will involve gathering all requirements, designing the solution, and coordinating the build and QA processes to ensure successful implementation. **Key Responsibilities:** - Conduct requirements gathering, blueprinting, and collaborate with Novartis Technical teams to deliver solutions and technologies aligning with Customers" business goals and requirements. - Create and update solution blueprint documentation. - Enhance solution design, data analysis, workflow, and reporting. - Support Customers with end-to-end testing of Cloud Page submissions or APIs from Customer hosted web forms. - Collaborate with Technical teams for any integration or platform implementation needs. - Develop custom features and capabilities with Marketing Cloud Services. - Create automated campaigns and provide ad-hoc technical development and recommendations. **Essential Requirements:** - BTech / Masters in Technology or Masters in Business Administration. - 05 to 10+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud Services. - Salesforce Marketing Cloud Certifications (e.g., Marketing Cloud Developer, Marketing Cloud Consultant) are required. - Proficiency in AMPScript, JSON, and Marketing Cloud components. - Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions. - Strong teamwork, technical issue resolution, and communication skills. - Familiarity with GDPR, data protection regulations, and Salesforce products. - Experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry is preferred. - Adaptability to new-generation technologies and trends is an added advantage.
