Job Description

Key Responsibilities

IT & OT Infrastructure Management

Oversee the complete management of IT and OT infrastructure, including hardware, software, networks, and data centers.
Ensure availability, reliability, and performance of IT/OT systems with minimal downtime and optimized resource utilization.
Align infrastructure services with business and manufacturing needs to ensure operational continuity.

System Performance Management

Monitor and maintain the performance of IT and OT systems critical to manufacturing and operations.
Identify bottlenecks or performance risks and implement timely corrective actions.
Support digitalization and automation initiatives with robust infrastructure planning.

Security & Compliance

Ensure IT and OT systems comply with relevant regulatory standards such as FDA, EMA, and GMP.
Implement cybersecurity protocols and monitor potential threats to safeguard data and systems.
Work closely with Quality and Compliance teams to ensure audit readiness at all times.

Disaster Recovery & Business Continuity

Design, implement, and routinely test disaster recovery (DR) and business continuity (BCP) strategies.
Ensure minimal downtime and quick recovery in case of system failures, cyber incidents, or other emergencies.
Maintain documentation and protocols in alignment with regulatory requirements.

CSV (Computer System Validation)

Ensure compliance of IT and OT systems through robust Computer System Validation (CSV) processes.
Collaborate with QA/Validation teams to implement validation protocols for GxP-relevant systems.
Maintain system documentation, validation plans, and audit trails as per compliance norms.
