Manager - Business Process Solution - Finance & Accounts

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting, finance, and management, with a proven track record in overseeing accounting operations and delivering exceptional client service. You will be responsible for managing and mentoring a team of accounting professionals, building and maintaining strong client relationships, implementing best practices to enhance efficiency, ensuring adherence to accounting standards and regulations like GST and TDS, and leading accounting projects to successful completion. Your qualifications should include a CA degree or equivalent, a minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting/finance, strong communication skills, proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems, as well as in-depth knowledge of accounting principles and regulations such as IGAAP, IND-AS, IFRS, or USGAAP.
