Manager - Business Loans - Indirect

Job Summary:

The role involves developing channel relationships, driving loan disbursements, ensuring compliance, and meeting revenue objectives for the business loans portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage relationships with DSAs, channel partners, and intermediaries.
• Drive sourcing of quality business loan applications through indirect channels.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales/disbursement targets.
• Ensure adherence to company credit policies and compliance requirements.
• Conduct training and onboarding sessions for channel partners.
• Monitor partner performance and provide regular feedback to improve productivity.
• Coordinate with credit, operations, and legal teams to ensure smooth processing.
• Analyze market trends, competition, and opportunities for channel expansion.
• Prepare MIS and performance reports for management review.

Requirements:

• Graduate/Postgraduate in Business, Finance, or related field.
• 4-6 years of experience in sales of business loans through indirect channels (DSA/partnerships).
• Strong knowledge of business loan products, credit assessment, and documentation.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
• Excellent relationship management, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Ability to lead and motivate channel partners for sustained performance.
