Job Summary: We are looking for a dynamic and target-driven Manager to lead business loan sales through indirect channels such as DSAs, connectors, and strategic partners. The role involves developing channel relationships, driving loan disbursements, ensuring compliance, and meeting revenue objectives for the business loans portfolio. Key Responsibilities: Develop and manage relationships with DSAs, channel partners, and intermediaries. Drive sourcing of quality business loan applications through indirect channels. Achieve monthly and annual sales/disbursement targets. Ensure adherence to company credit policies and compliance requirements. Conduct training and onboarding sessions for channel partners. Monitor partner performance and provide regular feedback to improve productivity. Coordinate with credit, operations, and legal teams to ensure smooth processing. Analyze market trends, competition, and opportunities for channel expansion. Prepare MIS and performance reports for management review. Requirements: Graduate/Postgraduate in Business, Finance, or related field. 4-6 years of experience in sales of business loans through indirect channels (DSA/partnerships). Strong knowledge of business loan products, credit assessment, and documentation. Proven track record of achieving sales targets. Excellent relationship management, negotiation, and communication skills. Ability to lead and motivate channel partners for sustained performance.
