Manager - Business

As a part of the team at Groww, your role will involve building and managing partnerships with banks and NBFCs. You will collaborate with lenders and internal teams to identify and resolve partner funnel or success rate (SR) issues. Additionally, you will be responsible for deriving actionable insights through data analysis, market research, and user experiments. Your partnership with Product, Business, and Management teams will involve defining and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive business growth. Your duties will also include building scalable data models, dashboards, and automated reporting systems, as well as collaborating with Engineering and Research teams to design and deploy analytical tools and frameworks. Moreover, you will be involved in developing algorithms and metrics to support business decisions and performance tracking. Presenting insights and recommendations for senior management and investor reviews, designing scorecards, and automating business reports for internal and external stakeholders will also be part of your responsibilities. Qualifications required for this role at Groww include a Bachelors/Masters degree in Engineering, Statistics, Economics, or a related field. You should have at least 3-5 years of experience in Business Analytics. Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and visualization tools such as Tableau and Power BI is essential. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills are crucial for this role. Experience in data modeling, forecasting, and experimentation will be beneficial. Your proven ability to collaborate and influence cross-functional teams will be an asset in fulfilling your responsibilities effectively.,
