You should have a Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Master's in Architecture or any graduation with an MBA in Marketing along with 8 to 12 years of relevant experience. As a professional in this role, your primary responsibility will be to achieve the budgeted sales objectives for the Decorative segment. You will engage with various influencers such as Architects, Consultants, PMC, and Contractors to specify and position decorative flooring products effectively. It will be essential to prepare a sales funnel and order pipeline from key accounts, specification leads, and inquiries to capture valuable insights. Collaboration with PLUB and One-Pidilite vertical will be necessary to specify products through consultants and contractors. Regular visits to key accounts" project sites will be required to review progress and address any concerns raised on-site. You will also need to ensure timely submission of quotes by Cipy or partner applicators for supplies/contracts and manage all activities from quotes to order closure efficiently. Conducting presentations for consultants and end customers on focus products and differentiated systems to enhance awareness is a crucial part of your role. Driving engagement activities and initiatives with assigned influencer accounts will be essential. Additionally, you will play a key role in launching new product roll-outs in the market and gathering feedback from customers. Being an active participant in customer events organized by the Marketing Team and coordinating with R&D, Design, and Project Management teams for activities to ensure customer satisfaction during pre and post-sales phases will be part of your responsibilities. The ideal candidate for this position must have experience in handling architects and interior contractors, particularly with premium brands. Managing relationships with more than 10 active accounts of large interior contractors and architecture firms based in Bangalore or Hyderabad is a prerequisite. Working in a lean team and making individual contributions to a business of over 20 Crores is expected. You should possess strong influencer management and presentation skills, along with technical capabilities. Exposure to premium high-end architectural products and a preference for industries such as Architecture and Interior Design will be advantageous for this role.,
