Manager - Brand Marketing

As a Brand Manager at FanCode, your role is to shape how sports fans perceive FanCode across every touchpoint. You will be responsible for owning campaigns end-to-end, championing the brand voice, and building fan affinity across the sporting calendar. Key Responsibilities: - Conceptualize and execute integrated campaigns to build awareness, affinity, and preference for FanCode on both platform and property levels. - Manage FanCode's social media presence, focusing on platform growth, engagement, and impact through content strategy and community-building. - Work with internal and external creative teams to deliver high-impact assets across digital, social, and offline media. - Develop and implement paid digital media campaigns to drive measurable growth and brand impact. - Liaise with rights owners, influencers, agencies, and internal teams to ensure brand integrity and campaign excellence. - Integrate user feedback, research, and analytics into brand thinking for continuous improvement. - Assist in planning and executing fan engagement initiatives online and offline. Qualifications Required: - 5-7 years of brand or marketing experience, preferably in consumer tech, sports OTT, or gaming, with strong familiarity with the media landscape. - Experience with influencer marketing and creator-led amplification. - A fan-first mindset with a deep understanding of how Indian sports fans think, behave, and engage. - Ability to think strategically, execute flawlessly, and manage multiple stakeholders. - Exceptional communication and presentation skills. - Comfort working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with tight turnarounds. - Passion for sports.,
