Manager Bladder & Rubber Factory

As a qualified candidate for this position, you should hold a degree in B.Com, B-Tech, or MBA, with a preference for experience in Rubber Compound and Mixing within the relevant industry such as Rubber Bladders, Rubber Sheets & Other Rubber industry. You should have a minimum of 5+ years of experience in this field. Your responsibilities in this role will include managing Production Control Activities to minimize outages and incidents, overseeing Production Planning to ensure on-time delivery, implementing Process Improvements to enhance quality, cost-effectiveness, and customer service, supervising team members in their assigned duties, reviewing job orders with customers and the production team, monitoring job order execution and adjusting schedules as needed to meet deadlines, prioritizing and planning production activities for timely delivery, determining equipment, material, and staff requirements to meet production schedules, and managing inventory to ensure timely delivery and minimize shortfalls. This is a full-time position that requires you to work during the day shift at the designated work location.,
