Manager-Bid Management and Pre-Sales

Role Overview: You will lead end-to-end project management utilizing your in-depth knowledge of project management processes, methodologies, and best practices. You will manage and anchor client requests, including RFPs and RFIs, by collaborating closely with internal teams, gathering required inputs, and delivering high-quality responses within defined timelines. Additionally, you will develop industry-focused solutions by collaborating with domain experts across various business functions to create integrated, value-driven offerings. You will also support pre-sales and business development efforts by contributing to proposal creation, solution refinement, and client presentations. Key Responsibilities: - Lead end-to-end project management - Manage client requests including RFPs and RFIs - Develop industry-focused solutions - Support pre-sales and business development efforts Qualifications Required: - 5-7 years of experience in Commercial Construct (Knowledge of Different Pricing Models, Business Case, Comparative Market Analysis, etc) - BPO Bid Management experience - Advantageous to have AI knowledge - Flexibility for night shifts Additional Details: The company operates in the ITES/BPO/KPO industry, specifically in the ITES/BPO/Customer Service functional area.
