Manager - BFS Direct
Job Purpose

Understand the training needs of role holders

Align training initiatives to organizational goals

Provide required learning & development paths

Duties and Responsibilities

Analyze training needs of role holders

Design and deploy various learning interventions (Transition & Day 1)

Deliver training as required

Conduct impact analysis of learning interventions

Redirect training interventions as and when required

Ensure minimum coverage as defined by management

Maintain MIS and derive required reports

Key Decisions / Dimensions

Trainer allocation

Operational decisions

Major Challenges

Meeting timelines due to high dependency on various stakeholders

Required Qualifications and Experience

Qualifications: MBA / Post Graduate Degree
