Job Description

You will be responsible for working on multiple projects simultaneously, creating system requirements, developing application code, coordinating testing, and deployments. Your role will involve collaborating and communicating with multiple stakeholders, including technology partners, to provide optimized solutions with a focus on improving efficiency. Additionally, you will collaborate and work with business owners to ensure optimal alignment, approach, and design. In this role, your key responsibilities will include working on complex projects to identify business requirements, creating project and process specifications for new and/or enhanced systems, and acting as the primary liaison between technology and business units. You will assist the department in determining the best use of existing technology or integrating new assets. Furthermore, you will establish and maintain effective working relationships with business partners across the business unit and technology partners. Some of the duties you can expect to perform include analyzing customer needs and data, developing requirements and test cases, leading testing and implementation, analyzing current business processes and systems, identifying areas for improvement, and providing training and support to users. You will also be responsible for creating, building, and maintaining reporting functionalities using tools like Power BI, Power App, and SQL. Additionally, you will be involved in project management and leadership responsibilities within the organization. To be successful in this role, you must have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification, along with 8-10 years of total experience working in similar functions. People management experience of at least 1 year is required. An understanding of the US financial system, products, services, and regulatory system is essential. Working knowledge of tools like Power BI, Power App, SQL, and experience with Agile/JIRA are also necessary. Excellent communication skills are a must-have for this role. Preferred qualifications include a Master's degree, in-depth knowledge of performance metrics, the ability to prepare and deliver presentations based on data analysis, familiarity with R Studio, and data lake experience. The ideal candidate should be able to independently make decisions and drive results.
