Manager / Asst Manager Maintenance.

In this role, you will be responsible for troubleshooting and attending day-to-day breakdowns on 5 axis machines, heavy CNC turning machines, and conventional machines. You will also be involved in geometrical alignment checking and correction of CNC turning, HMC, and VMC machines. Your key responsibilities will include: - Implementing corrective actions for repetitive and frequent breakdowns. - Analyzing and recording machine data to improve uptime. - Identifying spare parts for old machines and maintaining records for new parts. - Ensuring utility maintenance uptime improvement and taking corrective actions. - Raising indents to the purchase department and following up for timely arrival of spares. - Coordinating with suppliers for AMC and maintenance repairs. - Conducting maintenance API audits and ensuring ISO compliance according to company rules. To qualify for this role, you should have a BE (Mechanical) or DME degree with 7-8 years of experience in the field.
