Manager / Asst Manager Maintenance

As an experienced candidate with 7-8 years of experience, your role will involve troubleshooting and addressing day-to-day breakdowns on 5-axis machines, heavy CNC turning machines, and conventional machines. You will be responsible for conducting geometrical alignment checks and corrections on CNC turning, HMC, and VMC machines. Your duties will also include implementing corrective actions for repetitive and frequent breakdowns, analyzing and recording machine data to improve uptime, identifying spare parts for old machines, and maintaining utility uptime while implementing corrective measures. Key Responsibilities: - Troubleshooting and attending day-to-day breakdowns on machine 5-axis & heavy CNC turning machines/Conventional machines - Conducting geometrical alignment checking and correction of CNC turning and HMC VMC machines - Implementing corrective actions for repetitive and frequent breakdowns - Analyzing and recording machine data for uptime improvement - Identifying spare parts for old machines and recording data for new parts - Maintaining utility uptime and implementing corrective actions - Raising Indent to purchase department and following up for timely arrival of spares - Following up with suppliers for AMC and maintenance repairs - Conducting maintenance API audits and ensuring ISO compliance as per company rules Qualifications Required: - Education: BE(Mech)/DME in Mechanical Engineering If you are interested in this role, please send your CV to rd@pmtmachines.com and hrd@pmtmachines.com.,
