Manager Ai2 Network Operations- OCI

You will be managing a team responsible for designing, developing, troubleshooting, and debugging software programs for databases, applications, tools, networks, etc. Specifically, you will be leading the AI Infrastructure (Ai2) Networking Performance and Operations team, focusing on optimizing and tuning OCI's globally deployed RDMA networks for maximum performance. Your role will involve supporting networking engineers during customer escalations, driving enhancements within existing software/network architecture, and ensuring appropriate operational planning to meet Corporate specifications. - Lead engineering network performance improvement programs across Ai2 organization - Attract, develop & manage a team of highly skilled engineers - Define and develop roadmaps for delivering engineering and operational efficiencies - Develop, grow, and maintain data-driven metric programs for operational and business status - Solve complex problems in distributed systems, infrastructure, and highly available services - Collaborate with Network Availability, Network Automation, Network Monitoring, and GNOC operations - Support engineering organizations in delivering a highly available service to customers - Participate in on-call rotation for managers - Career Level: M2 Oracle, a world leader in cloud solutions, leverages tomorrow's technology to address today's challenges.
