Manager Agile Program Management - Project Management

As a Lead Project Manager at Publicis Sapient, you will play a crucial role in the overall delivery setup and execution of software services projects/ program work streams with mid-sized, globally distributed teams. Your responsibilities will include: - Leading the overall delivery setup and execution, people and financials management for assigned projects/ program work streams - Partnering with Agile leads, clients, and stakeholders to drive effective adoption of best practices and continuous improvement - Managing relationships & status reporting within the organization, with clients & applicable third parties - Managing internal and external dependencies for the project or program - People management responsibilities for team members, track leads, scrum masters, and product owners - Participating in Delivery Management and Agile communities - Serving as a Scrum Master to help the team adopt Scrum and deliver quality releases quickly to market - Expertise with various Agile Methodologies and Tools such as Scrum, Kanban, Jira, Confluence, etc. - Acting as a servant leader and shielding the team from external interference to keep it in the group flow - Creating self-organizing teams, building consensus, and resolving conflict - Responsible for backlog management, sprint activities, team working agreement, and more - Managing and increasing team velocity, efficiency, and overall project risk mitigation - Keeping scrum artifacts updated and visible Qualifications required for this role include: - Over 3 years of experience as the lead project manager for full lifecycle delivery of mid-sized software services projects or programs - Strong hands-on project management experience from inception to closure phases - Experience with Scrum/ Kanban framework and direct client facing roles - Knowledge of effort and cost estimation methodologies, people management, and commercial acumen - Industry experience in Retail, Financial Services, Energy & commodities, Travel & Hospitality, Automotive, Consumer products is preferred Publicis Sapient offers a Gender-Neutral Policy, 18 paid holidays throughout the year, generous parental leave, flexible work arrangements, and Employee Assistance Programs to support wellness and well-being.,
