Key Responsibility:
- Unlock non endemic partnerships and sponsorship revenue with Dineout via branding and redirection campaigns
- Drive content led ads revenue by identifying and engaging with potential clients, including brands and agencies using Mumbai Foodies social accounts
- Unlock brand sponsorships for hyper local and large scale events executed via Swiggy Scenes.
- Build and nurture strong working relationships with the key agencies and brands. Spend 60% of the time on the field meetings brands and agencies to co create opportunities
- Ensure high accountability in delivering results within tight timelines, be known as the best servicing team in the ecosystem
- Be up to date on evolving trends in the industry, ensure the same is used to build asks from business/process/product pov
Key Attributes:
- Experience: Proven expertise in sponsorships and content ad sales, with a track record of meeting & exceeding targets.
- Go-Getter Attitude: Strong self-motivation and resilience in pursuing opportunities.
- Accountability: Ability to own up end to end conversations with brands/agencies, deliver high-quality results in a fast-paced environment.
- Team Leadership: Strong capability to inspire and guide a team toward success.
- Adaptability: Open to candidates from non-ad sales backgrounds, provided they are quick learners, passionate, and eager to contribute.
