Description
You will be responsible for the program management of RAN and MW Network Rollout for coverage and capacity across all technologies, ensuring it is completed within the budgeted cost, quality, and time. Additionally, you will oversee Project Management tasks such as hardware swapping, network consolidation, dismantling, reverse logistics, material management, and reconciliation. Your role will involve interacting with and governing projects involving all stakeholders, both internal and external, to achieve rollout objectives efficiently. - Coordinate with the Equipment Vendor, Circle SCM, and other relevant teams to ensure timely delivery of equipment - Collaborate with stakeholders to create project implementation plans and ensure timely rollout of all sites/technologies as per the plans - Work with the IP Relationship team to ensure timely RFAI for deployment - Monitor rollout progress, take necessary actions for resolutions, corrective measures, or escalations when required - Conduct Rollout Governance meetings with stakeholders periodically and maintain project MIS reports' integrity - Manage fresh inventory, utilization, capitalization, and PO closure - Oversee vendor management and development Dismantling and Reverse Logistics: - Manage Project Dismantling and Reverse Logistics for the timely distribution of reuse materials to Inter Circle and Intra Circle - Coordinate with Circle planning and Circle SCM teams for warehouse space provision for storing SRN materials - Work with SCM, IP Relationship, and Vendors for smooth dismantling, reverse logistics, and related documentation - Ensure safety, security, and damage prevention of dismantled materials - Conduct Project Governance meetings with stakeholders periodically and maintain project MIS reports' integrity - Ensure HSW Compliance as per VIL Norms Qualifications Required: - Good product knowledge of telecom active equipment - Logic-driven approach, confident attitude, excellent coordination skills, and end-to-end knowledge of RAN & MW - Hands-on experience in implementing network-related electronics - Understanding of basic design & planning to interact with OEM & planning team - Ability to coordinate and interact with multiple vendors You will be responsible for the program management of RAN and MW Network Rollout for coverage and capacity across all technologies, ensuring it is completed within the budgeted cost, quality, and time.
