Lead all activities pertaining to accounts receivable in the region

Operational

.Support in the development of standards for Accounts Receivable process

.Responsible for driving adherence to the formulated standards for Accounts Receivables process in the region

.Ensure an effective accounts receivable process by monitoring and reviewing the Accounts Receivable and Credit Note / Debit Note Management activities in the region

.Ensure appropriate accounting of the accounts receivables transactions across the region

• Ensure the timely generation of invoices for customers in the region as per the terms and conditions in the customer contract and agreed payment schedule
• Provide any invoicing related support as required to the Sales Support teams in the region
• Provide any collections related support to the Sales Support teams in the region
• Ensure compliance to statutory re quirements and respond appropriately to audit queries

.Provide support to team members through effective monitoring, review of performance parameters and provision of periodic feedback

Develop standards for Accounts Receivable Process

.Support in the development of SLAs and standards for Accounts Receivable process as per defined timelines

2.

Ensure efficiency in accounts receivable and collection process

.Adherence to set SLAs for generation of invoices in the region

.Adherence to set SLAs for processing and accounting of the invoice

.Adherence to SLAs for completion of collections and recoveries in the region

3.

Maintenance of documentation and record keeping

.Number of deviations observed in documentation requirements in the region

Ensure performance driven culture

.Adherence to performance management system timelines and guidelines
